A partnership between Lincoln City Council and charity organisation Linkage Community Trust, this was the competition winning entry for this innovative public sector and charitable sector partnership. The design solution embraces the cross-programming of the site to enshrine social and economical sustainability. The once-great victorian park will be given a new lease of life and be bolstered by community facilities run and managed by a charity providing accommodation, vocational training and work experience for young people with disabilities.

In 2013, the project was granted HLF funding and is due to start on site in 2015.

Catering, Horticulture and Historic building conservation courses will be provided on the site of the former house and stable blocks within refurbished and purpose built accommodation. The public park will benefit from a Cafe, Grocery shop and Community training facilities run by Linkage Community Trust.
